“The Training at Project Courage was amazing. First of all, the course was done in-person. The atmosphere created by the facilitators, Andy and Mike, encouraged the participants to share openly about the material presented. This openness and honest dialog made the foundation in which our education, our growth and ultimately our self-awareness was stimulated. They were extremely organized and personable. Project Courage facilitators are in the field, boots on the ground. Who better than them?”     JG

Engaging facilitators that use their practice in the field

The facilitators have a working knowledge of recovery coaching and are interactive, participative, and outgoing. By the end of the training, everyone feels part of the same tame.

Each has a long history in the substance abuse treatment field. Their experiences and personalities create a perfect environment to learn and grow as recovery coaches.

By focusing on the goals of those being coached, participants will learn the fundamentals such as active listening, asking good questions, and treating others as their own best resource. These methods and this rewarding work help others discover and manage their own lives and purpose.
